Let me tell you about myself and my services

My name is Valentina.  I’m 30year old, born in Russia and living in Kiev for 15 years already.

I have sufficient experience working as personal assistant and some guiding experience too. So if you are planning to visit Ukraine for tourism or business I will be glad to assist you in that.  You can ask me for any kind of personal information or practical advice. I will do my best to make your stay in Ukraine efficient, problem-free and exiting.

If you want to make a tourist visit to Kiev or any other place in Ukraine, I can do for you the following:

-   Email consultation. Tell me about your travel ideas or needs and I will give you my suggestion and recommendation

- Airport pick up. I can meet you with my car at the airport or arrange you the transfer from airport to your hotel/apartment. As soon as we meet at the airport I can take care of you and show you everything around.

- Accommodation. I can help you to choose and reserve a hotel or apartment that suits your criteria. Although we have big choice of hotels, many of them are unreasonably expensive, some are not comfortable by location. If you are looking for the apartment to stay, I can recommend you the reliable agency that does per day rent and check If the apartment answers your requirements.

- Guide services. I have five years of guiding experience and not only in Kiev. You can choose one of my tours or I can organize a special tour for you. As your private guide I will adapt the tours to your needs and will focus on topics that are of the most interest for you.

- Entertainment and fun. Kiev is the city where you can find the best level of nighttime entertainment as well as cultural time spending. Disco, 24 hours bars and restaurants, bowling, skating, strip, shopping and even spa you can find in Kiev at night time. So, please, fill free to ask. I can also help you to get tickets to the best theatre or concert performance as well as art exhibition or any other cultural event.

If you are in Ukraine by business, I can be helpful in the following:

- Car rent or driver arrangement. I can help you to find good car with or without driver. And if you don’t care much about the class of the car and you need someone who speaks English and knows the city and you don’t mind women drivers, I can be your personal driver as well. And the price for this service will definitely be the most acceptable for you.

- Personnel assistance and interpreter. I can work as your personal interpreter helping you to communicate with your Russian/Ukrainian partners.

- Virtual office in Kiev, Ukraine. I can arrange Kiev address mail box and handle all your correspondence. Also it is possible to arrange direct Kiev phone number that I can carry with me and answer on behalf of your name or the name of your company, tell about services or products of your company. To rent real office in any part of Kiev or nearby with all furniture and staff is also possible for reasonable money.

- Trade fairs and exhibition visit, conference organization, etc. I can visit trade shows on your behalf, collect materials, propose information and other. If you need to organize business conference or to take part in one, I can propose you a list of halls and offices for that purpose as well as package service list for conference organization service.

- Marketing, information research. Business representative. Permits, documents. I can be especially helpful in obtaining the necessary documents, permits, licenses, etc. in various governmental bodies, as well as everything related with custom clearance. It is not a secret that Ukraine is a very corrupted country so to simplify the solution of many official matters it is always useful to know “the right people”.
